Tree is Up-Making Memories

I am feeling festive- No presents purchased!

It is wild to me that I have my tree up and decorated, the stockings are up, and I don’t care about getting gifts.

I only have a few to purchase for my extended family and a couple of friends—the “littles” and the hubby-we gift each other travel. We are about experiences, not the items!

I thought about a US tour of the national parks.

Lilly countered with Austria and Coti with Peru. I love that my 14-year-old and 16-year-old, along with the hubby and I, map out and plan together. This part of the experience is one of my favorite parts of the trip- the planning with my family. With Lilly getting closer to college, this will be one of the last years she will fully invest in the planning phases.
