Basic Blade Meat- Instant Pot

  • 3 lbs pork cut in pieces (usually pork butt, but I used county ribs with no bone from Walden Farms locally butchered pork)
  • 2 Tbsp paparika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp hot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup red wine (not sweet)
  • Marinate in a Gallon bag overnight and throw in the instant pot with a bit of olive oil on the bottom of the pan and set time for 35 min.
    Grab your favorite rolls and toss the pork on you won’t be disappointed

    Dinner is Served

    I served it with baby dutch yellow potatoes, I cut in half, and tossed with olive oil, paprika, and salt roasted at 450 for 20 min.
