Basic Blade Meat- Instant Pot
- 3 lbs pork cut in pieces (usually pork butt, but I used county ribs with no bone from Walden Farms locally butchered pork)
- 2 Tbsp paparika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp hot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 cup red wine (not sweet)
Marinate in a Gallon bag overnight and throw in the instant pot with a bit of olive oil on the bottom of the pan and set time for 35 min.
Grab your favorite rolls and toss the pork on you won’t be disappointed
I served it with baby dutch yellow potatoes, I cut in half, and tossed with olive oil, paprika, and salt roasted at 450 for 20 min.
